We will automatically alert you should your payment fail. We will instruct you on how to resolve the issue. Until the issue is resolved, your campaigns will be temporarily paused. Your postal codes will be reserved for 72 hours.
If you need more time to resolve the issue, please contact our support team for assistance. We can reserve your postal codes for a longer period of time should you require. Once approved, we will send confirmation by email and hold your postal codes until any payment issues are resolved.
Can I pay with an alternative payment method?
n special circumstances, we will accept alternative forms of payment for one-time payments to keep your campaigns running. This includes credit cards, interac e-transfer (only available in Canada), Bitcoin, Ethereum, Dogecoin. Please contact us for approval on alternative payment methods.
