1. Why can't I see any leads on the map?
Leads may not appear if they don't have a valid address or if filters are hiding them; try adjusting the filters or checking lead data.
2. How do I filter leads by location?
There is no location filter on Maps view. However, you can drag them across the map to view the desired location.
3. Can I export this map to a report?
Currently, there is no direct export feature for the map view, but you can export the filtered lead list and generate a report manually.
4. How do I view more details of a lead on the map?
Click on a lead’s pin to view a quick preview with their name, contact info, and lead status.
5. Can I change the color of the lead dots?
Dot colors are typically based on lead type; customization is not available.
6. How do I zoom into a specific area on the map?
Use your mouse scroll or the + / – controls to zoom into a location manually.
7. Can I click on multiple leads at once?
No, lead pins open one at a time, but you can pan around and select each individually.
8. How accurate is the location data on the map?
Accuracy depends on the address provided by the lead—incorrect or partial addresses may show generalized locations.
9. Can I see leads' exact addresses on the map?
Yes, clicking on a lead pin will show their address if it was included in their profile.
10. How do I add a new lead from the map view?
Click the “+ Add Lead” button above the map interface and enter the lead’s full details, including address.
