1. Why can't I see any leads on the map?

  • There is no location filter on Maps view. However, you can drag them across the map to view the desired location.

3. Can I export this map to a report?

  • Currently, there is no direct export feature for the map view, but you can export the filtered lead list and generate a report manually.

  • Click on a lead’s pin to view a quick preview with their name, contact info, and lead status.

5. Can I change the color of the lead dots?

  • Dot colors are typically based on lead type; customization is not available.

6. How do I zoom into a specific area on the map?

  • Use your mouse scroll or the + / – controls to zoom into a location manually.

7. Can I click on multiple leads at once?

  • No, lead pins open one at a time, but you can pan around and select each individually.

9. Can I see leads' exact addresses on the map?
