1. Why can't I see any leads in my dashboard?
You may have filters applied or no new leads assigned to you.
2. How do I join a live webinar from the dashboard?
Check Dashboard > What's happening today, live chat, or your email notifications for new feature updates.
3. What does “Hot Prospects” mean?
These are highly engaged leads based on actions like email clicks, replies, or tags indicating strong interest.
4. Can I change the date range for the activity section?
Yes, go to Leads > Activity and adjust the date range filter at the top of the page.
5. How do I watch training videos?
Check Dashboard > What's happening today or you may also check Support > Guides & Resources.
6. Why is my funnel performance blank?
You may not have any leads gotten from the funnel or the funnel hasn't been triggered yet.
7. Where do I find updates about newly released features?
Check Dashboard > What's happening today, live chat, or your email notifications for new feature updates.
8. How do I know which leads are new this month?
Use the Lead Arrival Date filter in the dashboard or leads activity page to view new monthly leads.
9. How do I turn off notifications from the dashboard?
Go to Settings > Activity Notifications and toggle off or customize your notification preferences.
