1. How do I start a new chat with a lead?
Click +New Chat and search the lead name to start a conversation.
2. Can I search for specific conversations from past chats?
Yes, use the search bar in the chat section to find keywords or lead names from past conversations.
3. How do I know if a lead has responded to my chat?
You’ll receive a real-time notification, and the conversation will be marked as unread. You may also find it on the Active Chats Tab.
4. Can I see a history of all chats with a particular lead?
Yes, open the lead’s chat window to view the full conversation history.
5. How do I activate AI-based chat responses for a lead? >
Enable SarahGPT through the”Let Sarah Handle It” button or enable SarahGPT or the AI assistant from your settings under AI Preferences.
6. How do I resolve an issue with the chat not displaying properly?
Try refreshing the page or checking your internet connection; if it persists, contact support.
7. Can I mute chat notifications for specific conversations?
No, there is no way to mute chat notifications.
8. Can I send attachments in the chat?
Currently, attachments aren’t supported, but you can send links or use integrated tools for sharing documents.
9. How do I delete a chat conversation?
Chats can’t be permanently deleted or archived.
