1. How do I change the priority of a task?
Click the colored text to change the task priority.
2. Can I assign a task to multiple people?
Currently, tasks can be assigned to one person at a time; consider creating duplicate tasks if needed.
3. How can I view all overdue tasks?
All tasks past their due date can be viewed on the Overdue column.
4. Why is my task not showing up in the correct board?
The task might be missing a status or was assigned to a different board—check task details and board filters.
5. How do I mark a task as completed?
Click the progress text (with check icon) to change its status to Completed.
6. How do I filter tasks by progress?
Use the progress filter above the boards or columns to view tasks by status.
7. Can I attach files to tasks?
Yes, when editing or creating a task, there’s an option to upload and attach files.
8. What should I do if I can't edit a task?
You may not have the correct permissions—check with the team owner or ensure you’re assigned to the task.
9. Can I get notifications for upcoming tasks?
Yes, enable task notifications in the settings or choose to receive reminders via email or SMS.
