It enables quick responses to inquiries, real-time communication, and tracking of all conversations, ensuring that no lead is left unaddressed.

  • Search Function: Easily search through past chat conversations to find specific leads or topics.

  • All Chats: View all messages from leads within the platform.

  • Active Chats: View chats that have an active response from the lead, allowing for immediate engagement.

  • Chat Notifications: Receive notifications when a new chat is initiated by a lead, ensuring timely responses.

  • Automated Chat Support: If enabled, use SarahGPT (AI) to respond automatically to leads within specific droplets.

Step-by-Step Instructions


How to Start a Chat:

1. Navigate to the Chat page.

2. Select the lead you wish to communicate with.

3. Type your message in the chat window and press Send.

4. If the lead responds, continue the conversation in real-time.


How to Search Chats:

1. Use the Search bar at the top of the Chat page.

2. Type the lead’s name, phone number, or keyword from the conversation.

3. Click on the search result to view the full chat history.


How to View Active Chats:

1. Go to the Active Chats tab.

2. Select a conversation with a lead who has responded.

3. Continue the conversation as needed.
