The Droplets section allows sales agents and representatives to create and manage customized landing pages designed to capture leads. These droplets serve as landing pages that target specific real estate interests, such as buyers and sellers. Each agent can have their own customized Droplet to increase lead generation. 

Key Features / Capabilities

  • Create Droplet for lead generation tailored to specific real estate needs.

  • Residential Droplets: Default templates for buyers, sellers, and home valuation.

  • IDX Websites: Internet Data Exchange is a software that allows you to populate listings from the MLS onto your website. This allows you to display MLS listings directly onto your own website so that leads, prospects, and clients can browse properties.

  • Lead Tracking: View metrics like views, leads, and conversion rates.

  • Nurturing Campaigns: Integrate with nurturing campaigns for lead engagement.

  • Calendar Droplet: The Calendar Booking Droplet is a personalized booking page that lets leads schedule meetings with you based on your real-time availability. It syncs seamlessly with Google Calendar and Microsoft Calendar, ensuring no double bookings or scheduling conflicts. But what makes it truly powerful is the built-in appointment nurturing system—automated email and SMS reminders before and after the meeting to keep your leads engaged and reduce no-shows.

Step-by-Step Instructions

I. Create a New Droplet

  •  Navigate to the Droplets section.
  •  Click the Create Droplet button.
  •  Choose a Residential
  •  Customize layout, content, and lead capture settings.
  •  Click Save to launch.

II. View Lead Metrics

  • View Views, Leads, Conversion Rate under each Droplet.
  • Use Quick Action to Preview, Edit Nurturing, or View Funnel.

III. Edit Existing Droplet

  • Select Edit on a Droplet.
  • Make changes to content.
  • Save to update live.
