Overview: The Nurture feature allows sales representatives to engage with leads through automated and personalized communication methods such as email, SMS, and voicemail. It helps keep leads interested and informed based on the lead’s funnel (droplet) and selected nurturing schedule.

  • Funnel Selection: Sales reps can select which funnel (droplet) they want to use for nurturing leads.

  • Nurturing Schedule: Choose a time-based schedule for emails, SMS, and voicemail nurturing (e.g., Immediate, One Day Later, One Week).

  • Email, SMS, Voicemail Customization: Ability to edit the content of emails, SMS, and voicemails, including adding attachments or editing the message.

  • Frequency Control: Sales reps can set up nurturing messages at customized intervals (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly).

  • Test Nurtures: Send test versions of emails or messages before sending them to leads to ensure they appear as expected.

Step-by-Step Instructions


How to Create a Nurturing Schedule:

1. Navigate to the Nurture page.

2. Select the desired funnel (droplet) for nurturing.

3. Choose a nurturing type: Email, SMS or Voicemail.

4. Select the nurturing frequency (Immediate, One Day Later, etc.).

5. For emails, Edit Email is automatically displayed to customize the content, subject line, and attachments.

6. For SMS and Voicemails, Edit SMS/Voicemail is automatically displayed to customize the message.

7. Click Save to activate the nurturing schedule.


How to Edit Nurturing Content:

1. In the Nurture section, select Email (or SMS/Voicemail).

2. Click on the schedule you wish to edit.

3. Modify the email subject, body, and add attachments if necessary.

4. Click Save or Send Test Email to review your changes.

  • Test your nurturing messages before sending them to ensure everything looks correct (e.g., format, links, attachments).

  • Set up nurturing sequences well in advance so that messages are sent automatically without last-minute adjustments.

  • Personalize your nurturing messages as much as possible to increase engagement with leads.

  • Regularly update nurturing content to ensure it reflects the latest information or offers.

  • Use email templates for consistent messaging, especially for common lead types.
