The Marketing section allows agents or sales reps to create and manage marketing blasts across email, SMS, or voicemail. It provides visibility into past campaign performance and enables creation of new targeted marketing efforts using filters, templates, and credit-based systems.

Step-by-Step Instructions


How to Create a Marketing Blast

Step 1: Click "Add New Blast"

Step 2: Select your Target Audience using any of these filters:

  •  Lead Arrival Date (Date range)
  •  Lead Type (multi-select)
  •  Deal Status (multi-select)
  •  Lead Tag / Excluded Tag
  •  Lead Heat

Step 3: Marketing & Credits

  • Choose Marketing Tool: Email, SMS, or Voicemail
  • Choose Basic or Generative
  • Review and confirm credit details: Item, Quantity, Price, Total

Step 4: Create Marketing

  • Select a template (categorized by lead type, status, seasonal, etc.)
  • Edit content using the editor (customize messages, insert variables, etc.)

Step 5: Send Blast

  • Preview message
  • Optionally “Send Test to Yourself”
  • Click “Send” to launch blast

Tips & Best Practices

  • Use consistent tags for better audience segmentation

  • Preview your messages to avoid formatting issues

  • Always send a test to yourself before sending to leads

  • Save high-performing templates for re-use

  • Avoid overly frequent blasts to prevent unsubscribes
